The Society

The Ravi Bharti Shiksha Samiti society as established by a group of persons who believed in social and educational activities particularly for the backward and down trodden section of the country.It was registered on 26th Feb.1974 vide Registration No. S/7031 under the society Registration Act XXI of 1860. It started a Primary school i.e. International Happy School at Bhola Nath Nagar, Shahdara, of East Delhi.

In the first year, the school after getting recognition in 1975 from M.C.D., Delhi admitted approx. 200 students. There was approx.8 staff members including teaching and non teaching. Upto 1980, year by year the number of students increased and the school had 500 students with 20 staff members. After that the society started Middle, Secondary and Sr. Secondary classes from time to time getting recognition from the Directorate of Education, Govt. of Delhi and Affiliation from C.B.S.E. (All India Scheme) in all the streams. The number of students increased upto 800 with 40 staff members.

In the meantime in 1985 the society had applied for the land to DDA and in 1987 1 acre land was allotted for the Sr. Secondary School at East of Loni Road of North East Delhi. From Ist Jan. 1989 the school namely Siddharth International Public School was started in the new building andthe number of students increased upto 1000 with a staff of 75 members. In the year 1988 the character of the society was also changed i.e. from general & Buddhist Minority by introducing the Buddhist members who belive in Buddusim in the governing body of the society. As as result all the managing committee were also changed as Buddhist Minority status. The Board result of Sec. and Sr.Secondary is always in between 75 to 90%.

The society, Ravi Bharti Shiksha Samiti (Regd.) Delhi has also got fresh allottment from DDA of 4000 sqm. land for the Middle school at Dilshad Garden, Delhi and started the school in July 2003 from Nursery to VIII th approx. 500 students are admitted in 2002. Now in all the schools runs by Ravi Bharti Shiksha Samiti approx. 2200 students are getting education upto Sr. Secondary level in all the streams of C.B.S.E. i.e. Science, Commerce, Humanities with Computer Science. Return is being filed upto date. Minimum wages, P.F., T.D.S. scheme and any other Act/Rules of the state as well as Central Govt. have been fulfilled. All the facilities regarding extra-co-curricular and sports activities at Zone, District, State and National level are being provided. Scouts, Guides, N.C.C. and N.S.S. facilities are also available. Ravi Bharti Shiksha Samiti (Regd.) Delhi has also an experience of more than five years of adults and non formal education under the scheme of Govt. of India.


The society has also been providing the facility of NIOS formerly known as N.O.S. upto Sr. Secondary level for the last 15 years. All the schools are Co-educational English/Hindi medium. Transport facility to Trans Yamuna Delhi, Trans Hindon Gzb. is also provided through own and hired vehicles. The society hopes an increase of about one thousand students after the construction of the building at the new allotted land at Dilshad Garden Delhi in the session 2005-2006. A.C. & Day Boarding facilities will also provide at Dilshad Garden school. Freeship & concession are also given as per DDA norms & DSEA&R 1973. In Nursery classes no admission fees is taken approx. 3000 sq.yards land is laso allotted from DDA at East of Loni Road in addition to the school which is already running at Loni Road.
